Housing Counseling
Take Charge America (TCA) is a non-profit housing and credit counseling agency dedicated to helping consumers improve their financial futures. Approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), TCA provides free, confidential and comprehensive housing counseling services to homeowners at risk of foreclosure and new homebuyers in Arizona. TCA is also approved by HUD to provide reverse mortgage counseling certification nationwide.
As a partner of the Homeownership Preservation Foundation (HPF), an independent national non-profit dedicated to helping distressed homeowners, TCA is able to offer foreclosure prevention counseling to homeowners across the country to help them navigate their financial challenges and avoid foreclosure.

Housing Counselors are available weekdays, Monday through Thursday 7am – 6pm MST, and Friday 7am – 5pm MST.
