BBB 2006 Business Ethics Award

TCA was selected as the winner of category V of the awards, which recognizes organizations with more than 200 employees. This is the third straight year that TCA has been a finalist in this category.

The Business Ethics Awards is an annual event that was established to formally acknowledge and reward companies that demonstrate business ethics and integrity in the marketplace, promoting through self regulation the highest standards of business ethics and conduct. All nominees must have a satisfactory record with the BBB, have been in business at least three years, and be physically located in the BBB’s ten-county service area in Arizona.

Arizona State Quality Award

The Arizona State Quality Awards Program recognizes Arizona organizations for performance excellence. The program, modeled after the Malcolm Baldrige Award criteria, provides not only an opportunity for recognition, but also valuable feedback on where an organization is positioned on the quality continuum.

Best Places to Work in the Valley

This project sets out to identify the best places of employment in the Valley for the benefit of the local economy, business and workforce. The list of Best Places to Work in the Valley is based solely on employee survey results.

AICCCA

The Association of Independent Consumer Credit Counseling Agencies (AICCCA) is a national membership organization, established to promote quality and consistent delivery of credit counseling services. The Association fulfills its mission by establishing a consensus among consumer professionals regarding service standards and professional industry conduct, as well as by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with credit management professionals and consumers.

AADMO

The American Association of Debt Management Organizations (AADMO) is the credit counseling and debt management industry’s largest trade association with nearly 150 members nationwide. It is an industry education and advocacy organization whose mission is to promote and ensure the continued operation and viability of credit counseling and debt management organizations. AADMO provides its members and the consumer public with information about the credit and debt counseling industry. AADMO members are debt management organizations, consumer counselors, personal finance educators, credit and debt information publishers, debt pooling organizations, debt negotiators, debt adjusters, credit counselors, consumer lawyers and many others.

Arizona Quality Alliance

AQA provides a cooperative atmosphere for organizations in Arizona to excel in performance excellence & total quality management principles. AQA addresses the very issues of efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.

BBB of Central and Northern Arizona

TCA has been a member of the Northern/Central Arizona Better Business Bureau since 1994. In 2006, TCA was proud to win the BBB Ethics Award after being a finalist for the previous two years.

Bureau Veritas Certification

The International Organization of Standards (ISO) is the source of more than 14,000 standards for business, government and society. A network of national standards institutes from 148 countries working in partnership with international organizations, governments, industry, business and consumer representatives. TCA's Quality Management System has been certified since 2001.

Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce

The Greater Phoenix Chamber's mission is to support the growth and development of business and the quality of life of our community, champion the voice of business in government and keep businesses informed, connected and prosperous. The Chamber's most valuable resource is its members, who get involved and help carry out our mission and work program. Many young people fail in the management of their first consumer credit experience, establish bad financial management habits, and stumble through their lives learning by trial and error. The Coalition´s direct objective is to encourage curriculum enrichment to ensure that basic personal financial management skills are attained during the K-12 educational experience.
