Wendy Anderson serves as Director of Compliance and Quality Assurance at Take Charge America. In this role, she directs and manages regulatory compliance activities including state licensing applications and reporting, regulatory examinations, and dissemination of applicable statutory requirements for bankruptcy, credit counseling, housing counseling and student loan counseling services.

Throughout her 15 years at TCA, has served in numerous roles. In addition to her work in the Compliance Department, she previously managed the organization’s Support Services team. She serves as a primary corporate liaison with state and regulatory agencies.

Wendy earned her MBA from University of Phoenix, where she also earned her bachelor’s degree. In addition, she holds an associate degree in Legal Justice Studies from Phoenix Community College.
