Take Charge America credit counselors are nationally certified and undergo a rigorous training program that includes up to 280 hours of college-accredited coursework in consumer financial management and communication. They receive their certification from the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education, a non-profit organization created to promote the education, training, and certifying of financial counselors and educators.

In addition to exhibiting a strong financial expertise, TCA credit counselors are ethical, compassionate and dedicated to their clients’ well-being.
