Mary Hall - Chief Operating Officer
Mary Hall, co-founder of Take Charge America serves as the Chief Operating Officer. As COO, she oversees HR, ISO, QA and Support Services along with being actively involved with the Board of Directors. Mary has spearheaded the organizations commitment to being an employer of choice by designing programs which support ethics, positive culture, fairness and socially responsible community programs. Hall’s vast industry experience and longevity with the organization provides her with the knowledge and leadership skills to effectively contribute to the success of the organization.
Hall’s background as a CPA has benefited the organization in the development of accounting programs and money management systems. Her commitment to building a culture committed to employees and clients has been recognized with awards for being one of the Best Places to work in Phoenix and as the winner of the BBB Ethics Award. Ms. Hall led the organization to receive the Presidential Award for Volunteerism through employee participation in the Hand’s On of Greater Phoenix program.
Hall is currently serving her fifth year as a Director on the Board of the Greater Phoenix Better Business Bureau. Ms Hall chairs the board’s Accredited Business Committee in and effort to
increase membership and retention.
She served on the Board of Trustees for the Grammy Award winning Phoenix Boy’s Choir for three years, serving as chair during her last year.
As a testament to Ms Hall’s commitment to the mission of Take Charge America, The University of Arizona Alumni Association recognized Mary with the Distinguished Citizen Award in 2008.
