Praise for a Counselor

I am writing to you as a former client. My husband and I recently paid off our debt through your organization. Deborah was our counselor for almost 3 years and I thought you should know what of counselor she is.

I feel that Deborah consistently went above and beyond her call of duty. She always returned my calls in a timely manner, she was always friendly and she was genuinely happy when my husband and I paid our account off almost a year ahead of time. She was professional but also, and more importantly, personal. I feel that Deborah gave us personal attention, again, she was thrilled as we came close to paying off our debt, she told us what a good job we were doing and even called once it was totally paid off to inform us about the various credit reporting agencies. She supplied us with the telephone numbers of the credit agencies as well as instructions to make sure all accounts show that they are paid in full.. Deborah is an asset to your organization and we appreciated her hard work and personal dedication to our account.

I would highly recommend to anyone in credit "trouble" to look up TCA.
