John Paulick
Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer, John is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the Information Technology Department. John is charged with working closely with Business Leadership to leverage technology to improve our ability to serve clients and internal support teams. John is responsible for optimizing budget dollars spent by his department to the benefit of the organization.
Prior to joining Take Charge America, John was a Senior Vice President for the 1st National Bank of Arizona. In that capacity, John was responsible for the IT Department and reported directly to the Chief Information Officer for the Bank. John enjoyed the challenges of growing the IT Services Teams for the bank from around 35 employees in 2003 to the over 130 professionals developing, delivering and managing technology for the bank. John also assumed responsibility for the Information Security Team in the spring of 2005. John prides himself on his constant focus on continuous improvement.
Before working for 1st National Bank of Arizona, John worked for Accenture Consulting Services as a Senior Manager. During his twelve years with the firm John worked in many industries for many clients. John received the Andersen Consulting - Quality, Values and Leadership (QVS) award in 1996 for project work completed. As a consultant, John specialized in the Financial Services Industry. Within that Industry specialization, John developed technical skills as part of the Global Network Services Team and Distributed Operations Group within Andersen Consulting, which is now known as Accenture Consulting Services.
John works actively with the Industry Advisory Board (IAB) for Embry Riddle – Aeronautical University in Prescott and supports the YMCA in Phoenix.
John graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1986 with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and a Minor in Business Administration.
