Take Charge America Executive Leadership

John Fisher has served as the chief executive officer for Take Charge America (TCA) since 2008. He oversees all operations and strategic processes of the non-profit organization, which has helped more than 1.5 million consumers nationwide manage their finances and repay $4 billion in personal debts.

Mary Hall, co-founder of Take Charge America, serves as the chief operating officer. She oversees human resources, standards development, quality assurance and support services. She is also an active member of the board of directors.

David Richardson joined Take Charge America in 2008 as Director of Finance and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2009. He provides comprehensive financial management services to the organization and oversees all accounting, tax and financial reporting activities.

As Chief Information Officer, John is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the Information Technology Department. John is charged with working closely with Business Leadership to leverage technology to improve our ability to serve clients and internal support teams. John is responsible for optimizing budget dollars spent by his department to the benefit of the organization.

As senior vice president, business development, Kevin Hall oversees marketing and new business strategies. He works directly with creditor partners to reinforce Take Charge America’s (TCA) leadership position in the consumer counseling industry. In addition, Hall serves on the advisory board of TCA’s board of directors.

Michael Sullivan is the director of education for Take Charge America (TCA). He oversees all educational components of the organization and develops classroom and computer-based programs to assist individuals in reaching financial independence.
