In addition to a great working environment, Take Charge America (TCA) offers employees a competitive benefits package. As a member of the TCA team, we offer benefits that consider:

TCA provides a minimum of 13 days of paid time off for new employees.

The TCA Benefit Package covers our employees for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability. We also offer a 401k program.

TCA offers nine paid holidays per year plus a "floating" holiday.

TCA recognizes that an employee, at certain times, may require a leave of absence from work, and will attempt to cooperate with employees where reasonable requests are made.
