After completing an in-depth credit counseling session, our certified counselors will determine whether a debt management plan, or DMP, is a viable and affordable solution. A DMP can prevent creditor collection calls, help lower interest rates, reduce or waive late and/or over-limit fees, and begin reestablishing your credit. The terms and guidelines of these repayment plans are established by the creditor.
